Helllloooo truckers!
It has been one heck of a week so I'm gonna just take a minute to get this blog caught up.
In my last post I was heading to Pikesville, KY to pick up an empty trailer. (By the way, Pikesville should be added to your bucket list.) I took that trailer to one of our customers in Cambridge, OH and left it there, then bobtailed to Lancaster, OH for a load going to Bellvue, OH. here is where things got a little disheartening.
Due to me not being able to make it to my next shipper before they left for the weekend, I ended up sitting in a truck stop near Columbus until noon Sunday. It happens:(
Sunday I loaded up near Columbus with a load of cereal going to Rome, NY.
Got that off Monday morning and headed for Ticonderoga, NY. (I think that Ticonderoga is an old Indian word for "beautiful country")
From there to St Louis where I picked up a load of beer that needed to be in Memphis.
In Memphis I loaded a FedEx load bound for Kenner, LA. From Kenner to Natchez, MS to pick up a load to leave at our Shreveport, LA location, which is where I'm heading to today.
When I'm done with that I'll pick up a preloaded trailer in Mansfield, LA, and go home with it for the weekend.

More miles, better loads, and very consistent freight at Tango Transport. Come see! Call Paula in recruiting at 1-866-898-4580 Ext 6694 and tell her Brady referred you:)
God bless!

  1. Love your new bloggy here. I sent momma an invite. She too has a blog and I bet you'll get an invite from her soon. I told her we'd live vicariously through your travels lol... and that you are hilarious - which you are !
    Be careful out there :)

  2. Hi Brady, Yep my little girl, Lori did link me up to you. Upstate New York is indeed beautiful and so tranquil. It's been many years since I was there but it was the home of my Dad and as a young family we went there every other year for vacations. I also have a step-son in St. Louis but when I visited him, I wasn't really too charmed with it. I'l be checking in on you and til then "keep the pedal to the metal" and God Go With You.

  3. Y'all are too kind! Lori I do not believe that laughter is the best medicine, but making people laugh is. I am glad you enjoy my warpedness;)
Mollye the tranquility of upstate gives a unique contrast to the urbania of New York City. It is incredible.
    Thank you both for following.
