Jesus didn't come to destroy God's Law. Neither did He come to destroy man's traditions based upon God's law. The Law is a basic foundation given to us to actually be interpreted by man, grow, and to flourish in the hearts and minds of men.
What He came to destroy was the dogma that man was placing upon his own interpretation. The dogma that elevated the importance of their interpretations above God's law therefore making their commands more important than The Father's.
This is the kind of dogma that causes people to live in fear (bondage) rather than faith (freedom).

The Truth About Advocare

Good morning folks. Sorry I'm a couple of days late with the update on the weight loss journey. Better late than never though.
Before we get into this weeks weight loss and why the results are what they are, I want to fill you in on the truth about AdvoCare.

Truth #2: AdvoCare is not magical! Yes I know, I'm not a great salesman am I?! AdvoCare products are not products of hype. This is what I'm finding from my own personal research and experience. AdvoCare is a complete training system to get you on track healthwise so that you can live strong and healthy for the rest of your life. The products that AdvoCare creates and markets for it's customers are not full of harsh stimulants. The products they create are full of elements that work with your body to help curb your appetite by reducing food cravings. This is exactly what is happening to me. Through the program I am finding that I have gotten nearly all sugar cravings reduced or gone in just a couple of weeks. My carb cravings/intake has been nearly zero this entire week. I am a huge carb addict, so the fact that I've not even been craving carbs is a big deal to me. This is a direct result, I believe, of the nutrition-correction I have been introducing my body to with the AdvoCare products.

I'm just not there yet. I promise you this, when I do start noticing those types of changes in myself I'll tell you. It may happen tomorrow, next week, or next month, I just don't know, but when it happens I'll be sharing it with you right here.
Truth #4: If you are tired of weightloss products that will take off a whole bunch of weight really really fast and not change your metabolism by helping you attain good nutritional wellness resulting in you putting all the weight back on in just a few months of you not taking their potions, then I recommend trying AdvoCare and getting into their health training nutritional products, revamping your body's metabolism, and living a stronger, healthier life by reigniting the natural processes God instilled in your body.
Now onto my current weigh-in. If you go back to my first video blog in this journey you will see that my initial weigh-in was 357lbs. That is 13 pounds in 15 days. Keep in mind I am 49 years old. My metabolism is much slower these days, hormone levels are probably a bit out of wack from what they should be in a healthy person, yet still 13 pounds in 15 days!
If you ask me, it is nothing short of amazing. I must admit that last night I was a bit disappointed. I asked my wife to get the tape measure out and lets see if I have lost any inches or fractional inches. Guess what! The only loss in inches that was measurable was around my neck. The loss there was about half an inch reduction there. Not bad considering how big I actually am right now.

My First Week AdvoCare Update and Weigh-in

Well here we are at the end of my first seven days of using the AdvoCare products, and let me just say that overall I do feel somewhat better as far as my energy levels are concerned. For me, even a slight improvement is very noticeable since my energy levels have always been naturally low.
One thing that I didn't mention in the video that may be pertinent to my weightloss this week is the amount of water I've been drinking. My support team with AdvoCare has suggested that I take my weight in pounds, divide that by two, and drink that amount in OUNCES everyday. DO THE MATH! Starting at 357 pounds the total amount of water intake per day came to 179 ounces. I tried my best to maintain that amount, and was able to accomplish it a few times, but I must admit that I've not done it everyday this past week. Do drink plenty of water because, as I understand, it helps to flush out the fat that your body is trying to get rid of. The more you drink, the faster you will lose (I'm no expert on this).
Enough said. Please watch the video to the end and see my results. Understand, I'm 49 years old and I don't loose weight like I did when I was younger. The amount I lost may be a big deal to some, but for you younger folks it may not seem so great.
