ow I still feel. I have had a GREAT first month while using the AdvoCare products. I am very pleased with my results thus far. I really can't find any downside to using these products. Because when your body chemistry is correct you lose nearly all sugar and carb cravings. Sugar and carbs are my biggest problem. I am addicted to sugar like an an addicts on pills. This stuff has literally taken most of those cravings away. Do I still eat sweets? Yes I do, but it is rare (only on weekends), and when I do I don't feel the urge to go back for second and overdo things.

Is Prime Pantry A Good Value? - A side by side comparison to local shopping

Hello folks, this is Big Daddy Bigz, and I have decided to take on a project that will answer a question that i think most people are wanting answered, but just haven't taken the time or just don't have the time to do their own research. Well, that's my job. I will be using Amazon Prime Pantry for my next few grocery type purchases, then driving to my usual local store (which will remain nameless) and then reporting back here to you on how it compared. Keep in mind that gas money is a factor in this process for me because I live 15 miles away from the nearest grocery store. The one I typically use is actually further at 18 miles from my home. Each of these upcoming blogs will be categorized under "PRIME PANTRY RESULTS" in the sidebar of this website, so you won't have any trouble finding it.
First, let me explain to you what Prime Pantry is. Prime Pantry is a service of Amazon.com and the short description is this, you can buy many of the items that you purchase at your local grocery store or big box store. You will need to be and Amazon Prime Member in order to participate.  Try Amazon Prime 30-Day Free Trial. Once you log onto the website you will be given a "virtual box" to place your items into. As you are browsing items you can see how much space they will take up in your box. For instance, a box of toothpaste may take less than 1% of your box, but a box of washing powder may take 26% of your box. Why does this matter? Well, each box that you use is going to cost you $5.99 for shipping. Don't panic though because there is a trick to getting free shipping. As you shop, look at the top of you page and you'll find this . Check that link for items that you need first, and once you qualify for free shipping then you proceed to browsing for your other items. If you think you will be filling multiple boxes then only put 5 items in each box from this section of the online store. We don't want to be paying for shipping if we can help it, otherwise we might as well jump in the family roadster and head to town. One other thing you will want to keep an eye on will be how much room you have left in your box. you can do this by looking to the right of the page and it will show you what percentage of space is available. once it goes over 100% (even if only by a fraction) you get a second box. This second box is exactly like the first as it will cost you $5.99 unless you pick 5 qualifying items like you did in the first box. 
Is it a perfect system? NO....but it is very convenient, especially for those of us who live miles from the conveniences of the city. For us I foresee this as being a HUGE time-saver, and quite possibly a good money saver (keep reading to see my results).

I truly was not expecting this! WOW! A total savings of $21.73 and I didn't have to leave the house, I didn't have to walk all over the store, and I didn't have to wait in line. It took me maybe 45 minutes to purchase the items on Amazon Prime Pantry from start to finish. A trip to my local store takes 40 minutes of driving total, and 90+ minutes of walking around the store. My items will be here in two days MAX, and they'll be dropped off at my front door!

Just a quick overview of what is going on with Prime Pantry (this is by no means an extensive description).

The Best Small Dog Bark Control Collar

me introduce you to my dog Mr. Coffee. 
He is a great big part of the Big Daddy Bigz tribe, but he has one gigantic problem. A problem that was really starting to get the best of Big Daddy. He has this uncontrollable urge to bark....all day....every day.....non-stop!  That is until about 2 weeks ago.
I went to Amazon looking for bark control dog collars for small dogs. There was not much to choose from for small dogs like Mr. Coffee. I have to be honest, I hate having to read through all the product "star reviews". Is it just me, or does anyone else read 20 five star reviews and think that this is a great product, then read 1 bad two star review and that review just undoes everything the 20 five star reviews did? UGH!!
Well, let me be a trusted source for this product. I did happen to buy The Best Bark Control Collar PERIOD. Please let me explain WHY it is the best.
As I stated before, Mr. Coffee would bark nearly non-stop. I bought the collar and put it on him as soon as it showed up in my mail box. (Look in the picture above and see how well it fits him.) The way the collar works is this, if he barks it will sound a short beep. If he barks again within a few seconds it gives a little longer beep. If, within a few seconds he barks again a third and longer beep sounds and then it gives him a little static shock on his neck. He let out a yelp, and that was all. He barks once, hears the beep, and does not bark again for quite awhile. Here is the awesome part...HE HAS ONLY BEEN SHOCKED BY IT ONCE! That is all it took!!
Now, we take it off of him and he does fine. If he starts barking repeatedly all we have to do is put the collar back on him and he stops instantly.

Good morning folks. Sorry I'm a couple of days late with the update on the weight loss journey. Better late than never though.
Before we get into this weeks weight loss and why the results are what they are, I want to fill you in on the truth about AdvoCare.

Now onto my current weigh-in. If you go back to my first video blog in this journey you will see that my initial weigh-in was 357lbs. That is 13 pounds in 15 days. Keep in mind I am 49 years old. My metabolism is much slower these days, hormone levels are probably a bit out of wack from what they should be in a healthy person, yet still 13 pounds in 15 days!
If you ask me, it is nothing short of amazing. I must admit that last night I was a bit disappointed. I asked my wife to get the tape measure out and lets see if I have lost any inches or fractional inches. Guess what! The only loss in inches that was measurable was around my neck. The loss there was about half an inch reduction there. Not bad considering how big I actually am right now.

My First Week AdvoCare Update and Weigh-in

Well here we are at the end of my first seven days of using the AdvoCare products, and let me just say that overall I do feel somewhat better as far as my energy levels are concerned. For me, even a slight improvement is very noticeable since my energy levels have always been naturally low.
One thing that I didn't mention in the video that may be pertinent to my weightloss this week is the amount of water I've been drinking. My support team with AdvoCare has suggested that I take my weight in pounds, divide that by two, and drink that amount in OUNCES everyday. DO THE MATH! Starting at 357 pounds the total amount of water intake per day came to 179 ounces. I tried my best to maintain that amount, and was able to accomplish it a few times, but I must admit that I've not done it everyday this past week. Do drink plenty of water because, as I understand, it helps to flush out the fat that your body is trying to get rid of. The more you drink, the faster you will lose (I'm no expert on this).
Enough said. Please watch the video to the end and see my results. Understand, I'm 49 years old and I don't loose weight like I did when I was younger. The amount I lost may be a big deal to some, but for you younger folks it may not seem so great.

I've Found A Way To Work From Home And Get Paid

Hello everyone! It has been a few years since I have been actively blogging here on blogger, but here I am back in the saddle. Why after all these years am I blogging again? Here is the best place I've found to get that kind of training. I know that for many of you this type of training may not be needed, but the training offered by that particular company goes into much detail about how to actually get traffic to your website(s), and that in and of itself makes their training invaluable, so dig in. By the way, it is free training up to 10 lessons. After that you need a premium membership, but by the time you get to the end of lesson 10 you have enough info to begin making money and most likely enough to cover the cost of becoming a premium member. Once you upgrade to premium there are about 65 more lessons that will help you to quickly increase your income. Not only that, but there is a constant flow of new training sessions being released every week by other members like yourself who are making it happen. Each of these training sessions are archived on the website. In other words, there are thousands upon thousands of ideas, secrets, and tips that will help sky rocket your success. Get involved in the training!
Once you decide that this program is you something can do, you will need to decide on a product or service. Many people choose Amazon.com as their preferred program. If that is you then our training program is the absolute best on the internet. You can become a Certified Online Entrepreneur, which means you will learn all the ins and outs of creating a very substantial income very quickly. You will not only learn how to build your website from scratch, but you will learn where to find which products people are searching for at any given moment and how to quickly capitalize on these searches. Maybe you would start a ministry or a food bank or soup kitchen for the homeless. What kind of family vacation could you do with that kind of money? The sky truly is the limit, and you can do it fast or slow depending on the amount of time you have to put into it.
